Judith of Bretagne was born in 0982 in , Bretagne, France.  Judith of Bretagne's father was Duke Conan I Rennes of Bretagne (The Crooked) and her mother was Ermengardeof Anjou.  Her paternal grandparents were Ct. Juhel Berenger of Rennes and Gerberge; her maternal grandparents were Ct. Geoffroi I of Anjou (Grisegonnelle) and Adelais (Adelaide) of Vermandois. She had a brother named Geoffroi I of Bretagne.  She was the younger of the two children.  She died at the age of 35 on June 16th, 1017 in Normandy, France.

‌Judith of Bretagne and The good were married in a religious ceremony about 1000.  They had four sons and three daughters, named Richard III of Normandy, Robert I of Normandy, Robert I of Normandy, Guillaume Poncius of Arques, Alix or Adelaideof Normandy, Judith of Bretagne and Judith of Bretagne.
