Emma Turner

Emma was born in 1842 in Wilton, Wiltshire and her christening took place there on September 18th, 1842.¹

Emma's father was William Turner and her mother was Elizabeth Cannings. Her maternal grandparents were Thomas Cannings and Sarah Brown. She had a brother and five sisters, named Henry, Sarah, Caroline, Mary, Eliza and Harriet. She was the second youngest of the seven children.
