Caroline Turner

Caroline was born in 1835 in Wilton, Wiltshire and her christening took place there on September 27th, 1835.¹ Caroline's father was William Turner and her mother was Elizabeth Cannings. Her maternal grandparents were Thomas Cannings and Sarah Brown. She had a brother and five sisters, named Henry, Sarah, Mary, Eliza, Emma and Harriet. She was the third oldest of the seven children.
