Ann was born on September 8th, 1869 in Southampton, Hampshire.1  Ann's father was Charles Henry Littlecott and her mother was Anne Amelia Gannaway.  Her paternal grandparents were Adam William Littlecott and Harriet Hinvest; her maternal grandparents were Thomas Joseph Gannaway and Susan Devine. She had a sister named Lydia.  She was the older of the two children. She had three half-brothers and eight half-sisters, named Henry, Albert, John, Florence, Edith, Louisa, Ann, Christabel, Grace, Dorothy and Ruth.  She died at the age of 68 in 1937 in Warsash, Hampshire.2
