Belle Marie Shields 
Belle Marie was born on January 21st, 1860. Belle Marie's father was William Henry Harrison Shields and her mother was Mary Ellen Hudlin. Her paternal grandparents were Joseph Shields and Sarah "Sally" Masterson. She had five brothers and six sisters, named David Thomas, William Taylor, John Wesley, Joseph H., George E., Mary Elizabeth, Martha Jane, Sarah Angelina, Lucy A., Julia C. and Laura A.. She was the fourth youngest of the twelve children. She died at the age of 91 on October 4th, 1951 in Monroe County, Indiana. She was buried on October 6th, 1951 in Clear Creek Cemetery, Clear Creek, Monroe Co., Indiana.General Notes
In 1900, Samuel and Belle were residents of Perry Twp., Monroe Co.,
Indiana, at the time of the Census.
