Henry was born in 1871 in Darwen.¹

Birth Notes

Henry's father was Howarth Watson and his mother was Rachel Mather. His maternal grandparents were John Mather and Jane Entwistle. He had eight brothers and five sisters, named William, Charles, James, John, Amos, Haworth, Howarth, Henry, Mary, Martha, Margaret, Sarah and Bella. He was the sixth youngest of the fourteen children. He died at the age of 1 in 1872 in Darwen.¹
