William Stocks

William's father was Benjamin Stocks and his mother was Ann Walker. His paternal grandparents were Benjamin Stocks and Sarah Cliffe. He had seven brothers and three sisters, named Benjamin, George, Jonathan, Joseph, Benjamin, John, Samuel, Elizabeth, Mary and Ann. He was the second oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 73 in March 1868 in Huddersfield. His burial was on March 8th, 1868 at Woodhouse Christ Church.²³
