Ruth Stocks

Ruth was born in 1801 in Berry Brow.

Birth Notes

Ruth's father was George Stocks and her mother was Mary Blackburn. Her paternal grandparents were Joseph Stocks and Elizabeth Perkin; her maternal grandparents were Michael Blackburn and Hannah Scover. She had three brothers and five sisters, and also a sibling of unknown gender, named Benjamin, Michael, Job, Betty, Esther, Susannah, Esther, Ruth and <child>. She was the third youngest of the ten children. She died at the age of 2 in July 1803 in Almondbury. She was buried on August 3rd, 1803 in Almondbury.¹
