John Dutton Mercer

John was born in December 1902 in Birkenhead.¹

Birth Notes

John's father was Herbert Dutton Mercer and his mother was Mary Moutray. His paternal grandparents were John Robert Mercer and Emily Anne Herring. He had four brothers and five sisters, named Henry, Gerald, Herbert, Alexander, Mona, Alice, Eileen, Emily and Dorothy. He was the third oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 84 in 1986.
