Thomas Mather

Thomas was born in March 1904 in Horwich.¹

Thomas' father was Alfred Mather and his mother was Esther Ramwell Bleakley. His paternal grandparents were Miles Mather and Betsy Jane Tonge. He had three brothers and two sisters, named James, Walter, Robert, Florence and Elizabeth. He was the third youngest of the six children.
