James Mather

James was born about 1740 in Withnell. James is no longer alive.

General Notes
- The marriage in 1761 is the only James Mather and Esther marriage, so the 5 births with both parents named show where they lived:
  
  In July 1761, James Mather and Esther Mason married at St Peter's, Bolton.
  
  In 1862, Robert was baptised whjile they lived at Walmesly. Then there are no baptisms with both parents named.
  
  There are four more births from 1780 (after an 18 year gap), with abode as Withnell, so this could be another couple with a missing marriage record.
