Susannah Mather

Susannah was born in 1826 in Bolton.¹

Susannah's father was James Mather and her mother was Catherine Rawsthorn or ROSTRON. Her paternal grandparents were <unknown> and Jane Mather. She had three brothers and four sisters, named Henry, James, William, Jane, Peggy, Lavinia and Lavinia. She was the oldest of the eight children.

General Notes
- In 1841, Susannah (15) and with parents at Corronation Street, Bolton.
  
  In 1847, another Susannah Mather, daughtr of Thomas married Jeremiah Barlow.
  
  Susannah had left home (married ? Fletcher) by 1851 and had a son Joshua (aged 2). James (14), her brother was living with them, but the husband was absent.
