Thomas and Betty were married in a religious ceremony on August 1st, 1768 at St. Peter's (Bolton) by J Folds and witnessed by Isaac Bolton & James Livesey.4 They had five sons and three daughters, named James, John, Thomas, Richard, Peter, Jane, Betty and Mercy.
