Arthur Mather

Arthur's father was John Mather and his mother was Elizabeth Naylor. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Mather and Hannah (Ann) Kirkham. He had five brothers and two sisters, named Thomas, Ernest, John, Charles, James, John and Annie. He was the second oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 70 in April 1949 in Bolton. His burial was on April 20th, 1949.²
