William Longworth

William was born on December 4th, 1872 in Horwich.¹

William's father was Daniel Longworth and his mother was Ann Rothwell. His paternal grandparents were Robert Longworth and Catherine Mather. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Henry, Henry, Louisa, Alice, Annie and Bertha. He was the fifth oldest of the seven children. He had a half-sister named Elizabeth. He died at the age of 81 on March 5th, 1954 in Horwich.²
