Kitty Kay

Kitty was born in January 1833 in Entwistle and her christening took place on January 6th, 1833 at St. Anne (Turton).¹

Birth Notes

Kitty's father was Samuel Kay and her mother was Nancy Mather. Her maternal grandparents were Isaac Mather and Alice Fielding. She had four brothers and three sisters, named John, George, Samuel, Samuel, Elizabeth, Alice and Ann. She was the second oldest of the eight children. She died at the age of 1 in January 1834 in Entwistle. She was buried on January 28th, 1834 at St. Anne (Turton).²
