Richard Jones

Richard was born in 1861 in Threapwood.¹ Richard's father was Richard Jones and his mother was Sarah Brereton. His maternal grandparents were Richard Brereton and (Elizabeth) Ellen Lea. He had three brothers and five sisters, named George, John, Thomas, Mary, Martha, Ann, Ester and Elizabeth. He was the fifth oldest of the nine known children.
