Ann was born in April 1710 in Wardle/Wardleworth and her christening took place on April 29th, 1710 at St. Boniface (Bunbury).1  Ann's father was Richard Lucas and her mother was Elizabeth Chancelour. She had two sisters named Mary and Elizabeth.  She was the oldest of the three children.  She died at the age of 78 in August 1788 in Beeston.  She was buried on August 28th, 1788 at St. Boniface (Bunbury).2

‌Ann and Richard were married in a religious ceremony on May 4th, 1740 at St. Mary (Nantwich).1  They had two sons and five daughters, named Richard, William, Sarah, Mary, Ann, Martha and Hannah.  There are possibly more children.
