Walter Hodgkinson 
Walter was born about August 1876 in Burwardsley.1 Walter's father was Edward Hodgkinson and his mother was Ann Brereton. His maternal grandparents were Thomas Brereton and Catherine Rushton. He had six brothers and four sisters, named Frederick, Thomas, Edward, Joseph, William, Richard, Catherine, Mary, Elizabeth and Lydia. He was the fourth oldest of the eleven children. He died in 1894 in Tattenhall.2 Death Notes
