William Eddowes

William was born in April 1843 in Wrexham.¹

William's father was John Eddowes and his mother was Mary Whitfield. His paternal grandparents were John Eddowes and Elizabeth Jones; his maternal grandparents were John Whitfield and Mary Tomlinson. He had five brothers and five sisters, named George, Edwin, Thomas, John, Matthew, Elizabeth, Mary, Esther, Mary and Lydia. He died at the age of 41 on May 26th, 1884 in Birkenhead. His burial was on May 29th, 1884 at the Flaybrick Memorial Gardens.²
