General Notes
In 1851, Matthew was 4, living at the Beast Market, Wrexham with parents John and Mary and 6 older siblings.
On 17 Jan 1857 Matthew was in the news. As a boy aged 10, had found a gold watch (it had been stolen by Jane Povey), and handed it to his mother Mary. They were living at Beast Market, Wrexham.
In 1861, Mathew was boarding with his mother Mary and Richard and Esther Brereton and family in Birkenhead.
In Dec 1867, Although never married, he and Mary Ann had a son Matthew Eddowes baptised.
