Mary Crosland

Mary was born in January 1786 in Butternab and her baptism took place on January 29th, 1786 in Almondbury.¹

Birth Notes

Mary's father was James Crosland and her mother was Mary Sanderson. Her paternal grandparents were John Crosland Jnr and Ellen Firth. She had four brothers and three sisters, named Joseph, James, Valentine, Charles, Hannah, Ruth and Martha. She was the fourth youngest of the eight children.
