General Notes
James may have married either Mary Dixon (Huddersfield, 1771), Mary Hopwood (Kippax, York 1774) or Mary Sanderson (Almondbury, 1777). However the James that married Mary Dixon was from Stubbing and the Mary Dixon form Kippax continued to live there. Also Mary Sanderson is not possible. Thia must be an older James or perhaps Mary-Ann, eg married Ann Midgley at Elland.
1788, 1790 and 1793, Charles, Ruth and Martha were baptised at Highfield Independant.
In 1803, James was at Butternab when daughter Ruth died.
In 1808, James died at Fold Head (Mirfield).
