Ann Crook

Ann was born in April 1770 in Bolton and her baptism took place on April 22nd, 1770 at St. Peter's (Bolton).¹

Ann's father was John Crook and her mother was Ann Parkinson. Her paternal grandparents were Mordicai Crook and Alice Crompton. She had five brothers and four sisters, named John, Mordicai, Mordicai, John, James, Margaret, Elizabeth, Alice and Ann. She was the fifth oldest of the ten children. She died at the age of 2 in March 1773 in Bolton. She was buried on March 28th, 1773 at Turton Chapel.¹
