William Henry Brockbank

William was born in March 1889 in Birkenhead.¹

William's father was John Brockbank and his mother was Mary Ann Kenna. His paternal grandparents were John Brockbank and Mary Ann Mather. He had two brothers and seven sisters, named John, James, Mary, Margaret, Hannah, Edith, Florence, Lily and Ethel. He was the seventh oldest of the ten children. He had two half-brothers and a half-sister, named Thomas, Joseph and Elizabeth. He died at 3 months old in June 1889 in Birkenhead.¹
