Florence Jane Brereton

Florence was born in September 1880 in Tattenhall and her baptism took place on October 10th, 1880 in Harthill.¹²

Florence's father was John Brereton and her mother was Elizabeth Manley. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Brereton and Catherine Rushton. She had eight brothers and six sisters, named Thomas, William, John, Arthur, Richard, Robert, Charles, Frederick, Catherine, Sarah, Margaret, Ellen, Gertrude and Lucy. She was the seventh oldest of the fifteen children. She died at the age of 71 on September 10th, 1951 in Bromborough.³
