Edwin Brereton

Edwin's father was Richard Brereton and his mother was Eliza (Betty) Ramsden. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Bruerton and Ann Vickers. He had two brothers and three sisters, named William, Richard, Emma, Lucy and Eliza. He was the fifth oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 26 in June 1878 in Macclesfield.²
