    • The will of Benjamin Dale, late of Namphwich in the county and diocese of Chester Sadler deceased was mismuates proved and soforth and execution of the same and administration of his effects were granted to Elizabeth Dale his widow and relic, the surviving executrix, being first sworn and so forth before master chancellor the rights of every person saved and at this time allowed to exhibit an inventory.
Benjamin was born about 1681 in Cheshire.1  Benjamin's father was William Dale and his mother was Sarah Dale.  He died in 1733 in Nantwich.1

‌Benjamin and Elizabeth were married in a religious ceremony on September 4th, 1709 at St. Mary (Nantwich).1  They had a son and four daughters, named Richard, Mary, Anne, Elizabeth and Sarah.  The family line is yet to be completed.
