George Renton 
George was born in 1843 in Shotley Bridge, County Durham, England and his baptism took place there on April 16th, 1843. George's father was John Renton and his mother was Hannah Siddell. His paternal grandparents were William Renton and Marion Borrowman. He had five brothers and four sisters, named William Matthew, John, Thomas, Alfred Allan, Henry Charles, Marion, Annie C., Hannah and Emma Hay. He was the third oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 56 in 1899 in Lancashire, England.-
