Elizabeth McRostie 
Elizabeth was born in 1820 in Balmuck,Perthshire,Scotland and her baptism took place there on January 14th, 1821. Elizabeth's father was Peter John McRosty and her mother was Margaret Stewart. Her paternal grandparents were James McRosty and Janet McNab; her maternal grandparents were Daniel Stewart and Catharine McLaren. She had two brothers and three sisters, named Alexander, Peter, Janet, Christian and Margaret. She was the youngest of the six children. She had two half-brothers named James and John.-
