Samuel Salhouse Tillett

Samuel was born on October 15th, 1868 in Beccles, Suffolk, England.  Samuel's father was Frederick Salhouse Tillett and his mother was Mary  Ann Gross.  His maternal grandparents were Henry Gross and Mary Ann Mobbs. He had five brothers and six sisters, named Frederick, Harry, Frederick, William, Bertie, Emma, Lavinia, Mary Ann, Ellen, Edith and Ella.  He was the fourth oldest of the twelve children.  He died at the age of 83 in 1951.
