Frederick Salhouse Tillett

Frederick was born on July 26th, 1873 in Beccles, Suffolk, England and his christening took place there on August 22nd, 1873.¹   Frederick's father was Frederick Salhouse Tillett and his mother was Mary  Ann Gross.  His maternal grandparents were Henry Gross and Mary Ann Mobbs. He had five brothers and six sisters, named Frederick, Harry, Samuel, William, Bertie, Emma, Lavinia, Mary Ann, Ellen, Edith and Ella.  He was the sixth oldest of the twelve children.  He died at the age of 91 in March 1965 in Outer Norwich, Norfolk, England.
