Magnolia Evans 
Magnolia was born on April 12th, 1868 in Screven Co., GA.1 Magnolia's father was John Ruel Evans and her mother was Sarah Elizabeth Lucas. Her paternal grandparents were Hezekiah Evans and Sarah Moore. She had seven brothers and six sisters, named John Ruel, James Hezekiah, William Ellison, Charles, Herschel V. J., Ruel, Hezekiah, Sarah Elizabeth, Anna Jane, Evalina, Martha Humphries, Jessamine and Dahlia. She was the third youngest of the fourteen children. She died at the age of 62 on March 14th, 1931.1 General Notes
