Charles Evans 
Charles was born on March 26th, 1853 in Screven Co., GA.1 Charles' father was John Ruel Evans and his mother was Sarah Elizabeth Lucas. His paternal grandparents were Hezekiah Evans and Sarah Moore. He had six brothers and seven sisters, named John Ruel, James Hezekiah, William Ellison, Herschel V. J., Ruel, Hezekiah, Sarah Elizabeth, Anna Jane, Evalina, Martha Humphries, Magnolia, Jessamine and Dahlia. He was the fifth oldest of the fourteen children. He died at the age of 32 on July 20th, 1885 in Screven Co., GA.1 General Notes
