Margaret `Peggy` was born in 1788 in Loudon Co., VA. Margaret `Peggy`'s father was George Jacob Troxell and her mother was Cornblossom Doublehead. Her paternal grandparents were David Troxell and Anna Elizabeth Saeger; her maternal grandparents were Chief Doublehead Tal-Tsu`ska Chuqualataque and Creat Pryber. She had two brothers and three sisters, named Peter Jacob, William, Catherine `Katy`, Elizabeth and Sarah. She is the third oldest of the six children.General Notes
