Ephraim Troxell 
Ephraim was born on February 1st, 1823 in Egypt, N. Whitehall Twp., Lehigh, PA. Ephraim's father was Peter Troxell and his mother was Elizabeth Mickley. His paternal grandparents were Peter Troxell and Helena Catherine Schoener; his maternal grandfather was Christian Mickley and his maternal grandmother is Elizabeth Deshler. He had five half-brothers and a half-sister, named Reuben, Aaron, David, Gideon, Francis Peter and Eliza. He died at the age of 80 on May 11th, 1903 in Wilkes Barre, Luzerne Co., PA.General Notes
