Phebe Mills 
Phebe was born about 1734 in Frederick, VA. Phebe's father was John+ Mills and her mother was Sarah+ Beals. Her paternal grandparents were John+ Mills and Rachel+ Bates; her maternal grandparents were John II+ Beals and Sarah+ Bowater. She had three brothers and five sisters, named John III, John, Joseph, Sarah, Hannah+, Elizabeth Ann, Keziah and Mary. She was the oldest of the nine children. She died on June 4th, 1790 in New Garden MM, NC.General Notes
