Isaac Cook 
Isaac was born on February 14th, 1763 in Rowan Co., NC. Isaac's father was Abraham Cook and his mother was Phebe Mills. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Cook and Mary+ Underwood; his maternal grandparents were John+ Mills and Sarah+ Beals. He had five brothers and five sisters, named John, Abraham Jr., Jacob, Nathan, Moses, Rachel, Mary, Phebe, Sarah and Ruth. He was the third oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 79 in April 1842 in New Garden Mm, NC.General Notes
