Jacob Cook

Jacob was born on September 7th, 1771 in Guilford, NC. Jacob's father was Abraham Cook and his mother was Phebe Mills. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Cook and Mary+ Underwood; his maternal grandparents were John+ Mills and Sarah+ Beals. He had five brothers and five sisters, named Isaac, John, Abraham Jr., Nathan, Moses, Rachel, Mary, Phebe, Sarah and Ruth. He was the fifth youngest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 9 on June 18th, 1781 in Guilford, NC.
