Phoebe Harris

Phoebe was born on April 23rd, 1813 in New Garden, Guilford, NC. Phoebe's father was Obediah Harris and her mother was Miriam Mendenhall. Her paternal grandparents were Benjamin Harris and Sarah Dumas; her maternal grandparents were Aaron Mendenhall and Miriam Rich. She has four brothers and two sisters, named Aaron, Moses, John, Nathan, Lydia and Mary. She is the third oldest of the seven children. She had three half-brothers and nine half-sisters, named Benjamin, Obediah, David, Sarah E., Molly, James, Rachel D., Jemima, Martha, Rebekah, Judith and Elizabeth.
