Benjamin Harris 
Benjamin was born in 1698 in Pamunkey River, St. Peter Parish, New Kent, VA. Benjamin's father was William Harris and his mother was Temperance Overton. His paternal grandparents were Robert Harris and Mary Rice Claiborne; his maternal grandparents were William Overton and Elizabeth Overton Waters. He had a brother named Robert. He was the younger of the two children. He died at the age of 67 in March 1765 in Cedar Creek, St. Martin Parish, Louisa, VA.General Notes
