Benjamin Harris 
Benjamin was born on March 20th, 1764 in Deep River, Guilford Co., NC. Benjamin's father was Obediah Harris and his mother was Rebekah Johnson. His paternal grandparents were Benjamin Harris and Sarah Dumas. He had two brothers and nine sisters, named Obediah, David, Sarah E., Molly, James, Rachel D., Jemima, Martha, Rebekah, Judith and Elizabeth. He was the second oldest of the twelve children. He had four half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Aaron, Moses, John, Nathan, Phoebe, Lydia and Mary. He died at the age of 93 on March 5th, 1858 in Franklin Twp., Wayne Co., IN. He was buried in Friends Cemetery, Lynn, Randolph, IN.General Notes
