James Harris

James was born on January 6th, 1767 in Deep River, Guilford Co., NC. James' father was Obediah Harris and her mother was Rebekah Johnson. Her paternal grandparents were Benjamin Harris and Sarah Dumas. She had three brothers and eight sisters, named Benjamin, Obediah, David, Sarah E., Molly, Rachel D., Jemima, Martha, Rebekah, Judith and Elizabeth. She was the fourth oldest of the twelve children. She had four half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Aaron, Moses, John, Nathan, Phoebe, Lydia and Mary. She died at 5 months old on June 6th, 1767 in Deep River, Guilford Co., NC.
