Isabel was born in 1148 in Meulan, Ile de France, France. Isabel's father was Waleran de Beaumont IV and her mother was Agnes d'Evereux de Montfort. Her paternal grandparents were Robert de Beaumont of Meulan and Elizabeth de Crepi; her maternal grandparents were Amaury de Montfort and Agnes de Garlende. She had a brother named Robert. She was the younger of the two children. She died at the age of 72 on May 10th, 1220.-
