Eunice Elvira Davis 
Eunice Elvira was born on April 1st, 1844 in Surry County, North Carolina. Eunice Elvira's father was Ruel Rose Davis and her mother was Obedience Hobson. Her paternal grandparents were Jacob Davis and Lucy Rose; her maternal grandparents were William Hobson and Obedience Hadley. She had seven brothers and a sister, named Stephen Alvis, Orlando Jacob, Brantley Hadley, Westley Abner, William Rose, John Henry, Joseph M. and Julia Ann. She was the second oldest of the nine children. She died at the age of 18 on February 1st, 1863.-
