Thomas Hadley 
Thomas was born on December 25th, 1756 in New Castle County, Delaware.1 Thomas' father was Simon Hadley and his mother was Bridget Foote. His paternal grandparents were Joshua Hadley and Patience Brown; his maternal grandfather was John Foote and his maternal grandmother is Anne Hawkesworth. He had a brother and five sisters, named Simon, Ann, Patience, Margaret, Ruth and Rachel. He was the oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 65 on August 20th, 1822 in Deep Creek, Surry Co. Nc. He was buried in Quaker Deep Creek, Monthly Meeting Cemetery.1 General Notes
