Sarah was born in 1727 in Prince William County, Virginia. Sarah's father was John Bradford and her mother was Mary (Kingcart) Marr. Her paternal grandfather was Nathaniel Bradford ,Jr. and her paternal grandmother is Joane; her maternal grandfather is John Marr. She had seven brothers and two sisters, named John, Daniel, Alexander, William, Benjamin, Joseph Bennett, Henry(Col.), Hannah and Dinah. She died at the age of 56 on July 28th, 1783 in Rowan, North Carolina.-
