Charles C Straley 
Charles C was born on December 15th, 1854 in Texas.1 Charles C's father was Joseph Leland Straley and his mother was Sarah Rebecca Clark. His paternal grandparents were Charles M Straley and Elizabeth McComas. He had five brothers and two sisters, named Joseph Leland, John Henry, Thomas Jefferson, Samuel Houston, Andrew Jackson, Minerva and Julia. He was the third oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 38 on May 28th, 1893 in Abilene, Texas. He was buried in Silver Valley Cemetery, Coleman Co, Texas.1 -
