Rusia Elizabeth was born on November 28th, 1883 in Calhoun Co., AL.1 Rusia Elizabeth's father was Napoleon Bonapart Spradley and her mother was Minerva Adalaide Kirby. Her paternal grandparents were Michael Decalb Charles Spradley and Elizabeth Boone; her maternal grandparents were Joseph Luther Kirby and Malinda Melinda Taylor. She had five brothers and three sisters, named Joseph Kirk, Thaddeus A., Taylor DeKalb, Lewis Napoleon, Flint Elmer, Panora, Mary and Melinda Naomie. She was the third youngest of the nine children. She died at the age of 70 in 1953 in AL.1 -
