Nell Rushing 
Nell was born on January 7th, 1899 in Pike Co., AL.1 Nell's father was Robert E. Lee Rushing and her mother was Alice Amelia Stroud. Her paternal grandparents were John Eager Howard Rushing and Eliza Jane Jenerett; her maternal grandparents were David Stroud and Martha Low Davison. She had five brothers and a sister, named John Robert, James Leon, Ralph Roscoe, Jennings Bryan, Woodrow Wilson and Dorthy. She was the oldest of the seven children. She died at the age of 83 in November 1982 in Pensacola, Escambia Co., FL.1 -
